For the Our Lady of Mercy Restoration Project we design/built slate and tile roof repairs, copper flashing replacement, copper gutter replacement, standing seam metal roof system and installed two new TPO warranted roof systems to the rectory and a newly construction garage. For this work we and others involved in the project were presented with the “Use of a Sacred Landmark” award from the Cleveland Restoration Society which turned the once church and school into newly renovated offices while still keeping the aesthetics and character of the structure as close as possible to its original design.

The Scofield Mansion in Cleveland is perched on the first eastern rise to the Heights in an area now known as Woodhill. The mansion was built by Cleveland architect and sculptor Levi Scofield in 1898 as a beautiful home for his family.
